Introduction: The Healing Hypnotists is an online platform that provides life coaching and consulting hypnotism services to ordinary individuals seeking assistance with everyday challenges. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. By engaging in the services provided by Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists (HH) through The Healing Hypnotists website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during consultations.
Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to access our services. The user is responsible for consulting their doctor, medical practitioner or healthcare provider for any and all medical related matters.
1. Consent for Hypnosis Sessions: I have been made aware by Mike Loginov &/or The Healing Hypnotists site of the scope of the HH hypnosis practice, and I give my full consent to receive hypnosis sessions by Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists in todays or any future sessions.
2. Results Disclaimer: I understand that individual results may vary, and Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists may not and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Medical Disclaimer: I acknowledge that hypnosis is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, counseling, or diagnosis. For conditions under the care of a medical or mental health professional, a medical referral is recommended before initiating a hypnosis session.
4. Hypnosis for Minors: If seeking hypnosis for a minor under the age of 18, I understand the minor must be a willing participant. It is recommended to schedule a meeting between the minor, the hypnotist, and the parent or guardian to address concerns and enhance the success rate.
5. Practitioner’s Scope: I understand that the practitioner is solely a facilitator of hypnosis and is not engaged in any other profession that requires a license to operate under the laws of the United Kingdom.
6. Physical Contact: I am aware that, for relaxation purposes, the practitioner may respectfully touch my hand, arm, shoulder, or forehead during sessions. I give the practitioner permission and consent to do so in order to help me establish a beneficial state of hypnosis. This is not required for remote sessions.
7. Termination of Sessions: I have been advised that I am free to terminate any or all sessions at any time, and I agree to participate and follow the directions of Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists during each session to the best of my ability.
8. Information Accuracy: I have accurately provided background information as requested by the hypnotist.
9. Confidentiality: I understand that confidentiality regarding my sessions will be honored between Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists and me. This same confidentiality is respected when working with minors under the age of eighteen.
10. Recording of Sessions: I understand that sessions may be recorded for review and planning of future sessions and to confirm ethical practice under the National Guild of Hypnotists Code of Ethics.
11. Mental Health Considerations: Depending on the state of my mental health, in the event that psychiatric treatment may be needed, it will be suggested to me and documented by Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists if they determine my situation to be outside the scope of a hypnosis session.
12. Payment Terms: I understand all monies are due before each session, and all pre-paid sessions must be used within 180 days of the date of the initial payment.
13. Unethical Behavior: I understand that if I (as a Client) suggest any behavior deemed unethical or sexual in nature, the session will be immediately terminated without refund.
Confidentiality:
14. Release of Information: Matters regarding my sessions will be kept confidential except in specific circumstances: I grant permission to release information to a specific individual or agency, in cases of child abuse, if I am an imminent danger to self or others, or in the case of the subpoena of records.
15. Consultation Permission: Any information shared is kept confidential. From time to time, the hypnotist may consult with other colleagues to pursue session options for my benefit, but in this circumstance, clients are not identified by name. My electronic signature below constitutes giving permission for such consultation.
Fees and Payments:
16. Session Charges: The charge for a General Hypnosis session is circa $250 per session (approximately 45-min to 1-hour) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due before each session.
Cancellations and No-Shows:
17. Cancellation Policy: Since the appointment time has been reserved, it is the policy to charge for cancellations with less than 48-hour notice or No-Shows where a client fails to arrive. For any cancellations without 48-hour notice or No-Shows, the client will forfeit the session amount paid for that session.
Reports and Phone Calls:
18. Communication Charges: There is no charge for email correspondence and brief calls less than 15-minutes in length. Calls lasting longer than 15 minutes will be charged and billed to the client on a prorated basis for $1.5 USD or £1.00 GDP per minute. Reports requested by physicians will not be released without my permission. Reports requiring greater than 15-minutes will be billed at the normal session rate.
Potential Legal Issue:
19. Legal Considerations: In many jurisdictions, courts have held that a person who has been hypnotized cannot testify in court about anything remembered during or after hypnosis. If I consent to hypnosis, there is a possibility that anything I remember once hypnosis begins may not be admissible in a court of law. The only way to fully protect my potential right to testify is to forgo the use of hypnosis. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
Release from Liability:
20. Agreement to Release: I understand that there may be limitations placed on my ability to rely on my recollections after hypnosis for purposes of litigation. I acknowledge that if I have any concerns about the legal consequences of hypnosis, I should consult with my own solicitor prior to the use of hypnosis. I hereby agree, freely and voluntarily, to undergo hypnosis.
I agree to release and hold harmless Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of hypnosis. I further agree to release and hold harmless Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of or inability to use my recollections, the hypnotist’s notes, audiotapes, or videotapes of hypnosis sessions, or any other limitations on my or the hypnotist’s testimony in a courtroom or forensic setting.
In consenting to hypnosis, I hereby agree that I do not have a cause of action against Mike Loginov & The Healing Hypnotists based on their professional and competent use of hypnosis with me.
